A Mexican bandit (played by Earl Dwire) tries to blame his heinous crimes on The Duke, but would he let him get by with such a slanderous outrage on his good name? Of course not! The Duke puts the Mexican bandit in his place, aided by his sidekick "Gabby" Hayes (in one of Hayes' first appearances). A good shoot-em-up western where the good guys get the bad guys where they want them - out of town!
