This Messenger bag makes a great soft sided briefcase, it can accommodate a laptop but is not padded like a bag made specifically to carry laptops. It has a faux-leather handle for carrying or use the detachable shoulder strap.

The bag features many pockets. The flap's pocket is closable with a zipper, and on the back of the bag there are open topped pockets for easy access. Under the flap there is a group of small pockets for easy organization of writing utensils and more, and 3 pockets for storage of papers and more.

There is one additional zipper on the bag running along the bottom, when unzipped the bag expands to accommodate many more items.
